PAX Training for Teachers
PAX Good Behavior Game classroom implementations begin with an initial teacher training. This training along with a PAX Kit provides each teacher with the skills and materials necessary to begin implementing PAX GBG the very next day. Training consists of a live 6-hour on-site training for up to 40 participants by Certified PAX Presenters. Participants learn to implement the PAX Good Behavior Game and supporting research-based strategies for improving behavioral, academic, and lifetime outcomes.
There will be a limited number of initial PAX Good Behavior Game trainings in Ohio during the 2018-2019 school year under the PAX Ohio initiative. These regional trainings will occur in the following months:

Application Process: A limited number of spaces will be available to each county within a region. Interested teachers can submit an application by June 30, 2018. Registration for Spring, 2019 Trainings Available Now!
Ohio MHAS will sponsor 1 Initial PAX Teacher Training in each of the State Support Teams (SST) Regions identified in the map above, for a total of 15 trainings. (Regions 6 and 7 have been combined).
